INDIVIDUAL TRAINING PROGRAM

Whatever the physical or mental demands of life, or whichever sport you participate in: Your most important »piece of equipment« is always your body. Only a well maintained body in good physical condition can consistently deliver top performance.

Depending on your personal desires, preferences and goals, your training will consist of fitness, strength, and endurance training. We will combine all three activities in your specific training.

In addition, a detailed medical check-up and a comprehensive fitness assessment will help to predict what you are capable of, and also to determine the perfect training program for your goals.

  • Fitness and body toning
    Abdominal or back training, specific spine training, body shaping for body and figure toning or muscle building: You work on your fitness and optimizing your weight.

  • Endurance training
    Walking, Nordic walking, jogging/running or cycling: You improve your endurance and your cardiovascular system.

  • Fitness assessment
    Medical history and definition of your goals. Measurement of your values from basal metabolic rate to resting pulse and extensive tests to determine your individual fitness level. Check of your cholesterol, triglyceride, LDL (low density lipoprotein) and HDL (high density lipoprotein) levels by means of blood fat analysis. Analysis and measurement of endurance areas/zones and your individual anaerobic threshold using lactate testing. I can help you prepare for your marathon and create your training plans.

  • Preventive care
    Preventive training will strengthen your joints, improve your mobility und posture, and also reduce the risk of day-to-day injuries.
